Mark H. Fischer, CFA Mark Fischer is president of AMDG Advisors, Inc. Mr. Fischer’s work experience includes 7 years of experience as an executive officer of two broker/dealers, and 5 years of experience as a executive officer of a capital equipment distributor and importer. His responsibilities as a broker/dealer executive included sales supervision, due diligence, investment banking, portfolio management and compliance. In his capacity with the distributor and importer, he was responsible for finance, accounting, information systems and he started and ran the import subsidiary. His financial analysis skills combined with his experience running broker/dealers and industrial companies and managing money allows him to understand the key factors for a successful business and investment. Mr. Fischer’s experience also includes 3 years as an executive of a Pension Administration firm. The firm specialized in defined contribution plans including 401(k) and 403(b) plans. Mr. Fischer holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from Michigan State University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder. Mr. Fischer earned his CFA in 1991, having passed all three exams on his first try. Only twenty percent of CFA Charterholders passed all three exams on their first attempt. Mr. Fischer holds the following NASD licenses: Series 24 (General Securities Principal), Series 27 (Financial and Operations Principal), Series 4 (Registered Options Principal), Series 53 (Municipal Securities Principal), Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law). Mr. Fischer successfully completed the American Society of Pension Actuaries (ASPA) Pension Administration Course. He also successfully completed the ASPA Daily Valuation Course. Mr. Fischer is a member of the CFA Institute, the Cleveland Society of Security Analysts and the American Society of Pension Actuaries. |
